The last several years I have been living vicariously by reading travel blog on FlyerTalk and CruiseCritic, savoring the first-class seats' pictures and all the exotic places people somehow use their miles to go to. I have to admit I got a little jealous. Not that I did not experience the first-class seat (thank you Citibank), and played the credit card churning game as everyone else did; still, my adventures pale in comparison.
As I have approached my 40th birthday, it downed on me that I’d better get started with my traveling adventures before it would be too old. So last January I’ve made a decision – I will go somewhere every month – might be a two weeks vacations somewhere, or just a weekend away – but I’ll do it.
So far this year, I was true to my promise (except in May, but that is a different story). Finally, I have decided that I am going to share my traveling adventure on this blog. My writing skills pale in comparison to those of others, and my trips will be boring in comparison as well. No matter, I am going to share, starting with my September trip.
One thing I hate is the “Live” report. I don’t believe that one can enjoy and still make a good report while traveling. Therefore, my reports will come after my trips. I will try and post pictures, as I always found them to convey a hundred words worth of information.
So sit tight, and by the end of September, I will post my adventure in New-York City.
